Malnutrition affects children across the globe; however, its prevalence in Africa is appalling. In developing countries, poor nutrition is the underlying cause for more then half of childhood deaths (Waterson, 2003, p.740). The question remains what is being done to combat this issue on a local, national and global level? The purpose of this website is to provide strategies that can reduce the ever increasing epidemic of childhood malnutrition specifically in  Ngodzi, a rural community in Malawi.
