TAKE A COURSE? Several courses in Nursing Informatics applied to Nursing Practice, Education, Administration, and Research are available for professional development in nursing informatics. These courses are personalized, self-paced and taken entirely on-line in the privacy and comfort of your own home or office. You will receive one to one interaction with your instructor and your modes of assessment and study will be fine-tuned to suit your personal learning styles, preferences and needs. The 39 hour courses are equivalent to 39 contact hours of instruction/learning. You can move through the content (arranged in 13 modules) entirely at your own pace. Shorter courses vary in contact hours (see specific course for details). These courses have been approved by the California Board of Registered Nurses CE accreditation (Provider Number: CEP 14891) thus are accepted by most US state boards.
